Our beef is 100% hormone and antibiotic free. We give them an occasional treat of USDA Certified Organic grain, but do not grain finish them. They are grass fed and grass finished from our commercial-fertilizer, herbicide, pesticide, and any-other-chemical free pastures which we rotationally graze. During winter we feed grass hay we make ourselves from a pasture with the same chemical free management practices. We butcher at 16-18 months old which is younger than the typical 18-24 months. Butchering typically occurs in the fall and is ready for pickup at the butcher about 2 weeks later.

We accept credit card orders via PayPal. Food sales are tax free in WA.

Whole Beef
One whole beef. $2.95/lb hanging weight. Hanging weight is typically 550-650 lb and about 60% of that will end up in your freezer. Does not include butcher fees which typically adds about $0.73/lb hanging weight (includes kill fee, cut and wrap fee, service taxes, etc). $200 deposit required to reserve your order.

One half beef. $2.95/lb hanging weight. Hanging weight is typically 275-325 lb and about 60% of that will end up in your freezer. Does not include butcher fees which typically adds about $0.73/lb hanging weight (includes kill fee, cut and wrap fee, service taxes, etc). $100 deposit required to reserve your order.
